Pretty Awesome Crew

Our favorite place to eat is Trio Cafe! This afternoon we met for lunch and tried not to get into too much trouble:P This is the Crew that lived up at the dorms this year. Gus will be leaving us to go to University of Nevada, Kevin and the Braydens are living in a house in the avenues, and me and Lisa are living back at the dorms in Chapel Glenn! We are all going different places, but we will still stay buddies!

So Parker has been gone six days and already i have found myself in trouble! I have found myself sitting between Parker's two best friend's Kevin Funkhouser and Kevin Butler and this can only one thing--Trouble!

On Sunday July 20th, Parker had his farewell. He did a great job. His talk was amazing and he is a great speaker. He looked so cute in his suit! After his farewell he had a lunch at his house and it was fun to see everyone and take more pictures! I loved my hair this day and all the thanks go to Lisa. Thanks Lisa! He left Wednesday the 23rd for the Houston, Texas Spanish speaking mission. I am happy for him and know he will have a wonderful mission, but I do miss him like crazy. If you look at the top of my blog, i do have a counter to when he calls me and he comes home! Six days have already flown by:)

The Dark Knight

It is so hard being so cute you have no idea:)

If ANYONE on this world has not seen the new Batman movie The Dark Knight, leave this site now and run, not walk, run to the nearest movie theater! This is the best movie i have ever seen! It leaves the first one in the dust! All my friends went to the movie opening night at 12:01 am. It was well worth getting home at almost 4:00 am. Christian Bale is amazing and very handsome and Maggie Gyllenhaal is adorable in it as well. I strongly recommend this movie. If possible see it on IMAX! Get ready for an experience!

SSSTTTRRRIKKKE!!!

Okay maybe not strike, but a 90 is pretty

close right?! Tonight the group got together for some great games of Bowling. With six of us we divided into three teams and of course Parker was lucky to have me on his team! Even though the other boys gave me a handicap of 40 ( i don't know what that means) and we lost every game, Parker is still so sweet and gives me a high five everytime! He is a good sport:) My high score was a 90 and compared to my last score of 62 i would say this is an improvement! I think i'll get a personal bowling ball with my name on it!

Wanna go on a date?

In my many years of dating:p I have never asked a guy out on a date! Since I am dating Parker i took the chance and asked him out on a date because i already knew how weird he is:) I picked him up at 7:30 then we went to dinner at Settebella's. It is an authentic Italian Pizza restaurant downtown that makes all of their pizza's in a brick oven. It was great! We enjoyed spending an hour talking and making fun of people around us:) After dinner we drove to Neilson's Custard for dessert. I have never been there so I got the twist of Vanilla and Chocolate. The Chocolate was better of the two, but great custard overall. After dessert we went to see The Happening. It is a fairly new movie about 'something' that is killing people on the East Coast. It is a good thing i saw it with Parker so I had someone to grab onto! The movie was intense! After the movie I drove him home. No do not worry I do not kiss on the first date! ( But he does:)) Ha i may have to ask uys out more often! nah.

Lagoon!

I have not been to Lagoon since Ninth Grade and what a mistake that was! This fourth of July the family headed out for a full day of cotton candy and rides at Lagoon! My best friend Lisa came with the family and the three of us (me, lisa, and sarah) braved Wicked and Colassus! We had a great time playing at laguna beach, working on our sun tan and taking Izzy on rides. The best part of the night was watching fireworks as we were on the ride JetStar. Lagoon knows how to put on a firework show! The fireworks were beautiful! It was a great day, but i think i am Lagooned out for another four years:)
